I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

In other words, I'm a Mormon.
This means I have faith in God, the Eternal Father, his son Jesus Christ and in the Holy Ghost. I also believe that His true teachings have been restored to this Earth through the Prophet Joseph Smith and that the Book of Mormon, which the Prophet translated, is true. (a link to the Book of Mormon can be found here)

I love this church because it's brought me so much joy and happiness in my life. I feel God's love and approbation for me daily and I'm so blessed to know that I also have a big brother, Jesus Christ, who atoned for not only mine, but all of our sins. He knows our struggles and He bears them with us and gives us so many opportunities to be clean again. We believe in the historical Jesus Christ who taught and gave blessings in the New Testament in the Bible and was resurrected and came back on the third day.

I have faith in Jesus Christ. I know He lives and gives me daily strength so that I may strive to be more like him. The Atonement is real and God really does have a plan of happiness for each and every one of us, we just need to let him into our lives. I think this picture depicts this concept beautifully (notice there is no doorknob -- we have to let him in ourselves).

Because of Him, I can live again. I can meet my family again after we all pass this mortal existence and I can live eternally and happily with my loved ones. Because of Him I can make mistakes and have those mistakes be wiped clean (Isaiah 1:18). Because of Him, I can be made whole and I can be like Him some day.

This video is SO beautiful and incredibly powerful.

He lives.
